Registration Guidelines

Each paper presented must correspond to the registration of at least one author. If other authors wish to participate in the congress and/or receive the proceedings, they must register.

Registration includes

• Attendance to the full program of communications and conferences of the congress
• Attendance to the Creative Room exhibition
• Simultaneous translation service for the conferences
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee Break
• For authors of accepted papers:
  • Publication of the paper in an electronic book
  • Certificate of participation

Registration and payment will be made at the Centro de Formación Permanente (UPV) through the following link, for which you will need to create a user. Through the tool you will be able to make the online payment and request an invoice, if needed. For any incident with the registration or payment, please contact congresos@cfp.upv.es.

Refund policy

Refund of fees may be requested until July 26, with a 10€ administration charge.
